Job Description
- Timely oversee the production line status(Tool, WIP…) and cooperate for best production performance (Output, cycle time…)
- Analysis production related data and provide strategy dynamically to achieve Prod. related KPI Goal
- Continuously improvement such as workload reduction Lost time RPT OI scheduling Q-time control, etc.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Abnormal analysis and improvement.( Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide guide line priority to be focused by a given timeline)
- Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.
- Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring and coaching.
Job Requirement

- Experience of production line management is a plus
