資深數據工程師 Senior Data Engineer

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipeline architectures to process large-scale, complex datasets, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Lead internal process optimization initiatives, including automation of manual workflows, enhancement of data delivery processes, and infrastructure redesign to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data tools to empower analytics and data science teams, enabling them to innovate and optimize product functionalities to establish industry leadership.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics experts to enhance the functionality and performance of data systems.
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-business-unit data integration tasks to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Shell scripting and Python 3.8+ in executing end-to-end project life cycles.
  • Expertise in building data infrastructure for optimal ETL processes using SQL and GCP big data technologies such as Airflow, Dagster, and Argo Workflow.
  • Proficiency in real-time data streaming tools such as Pub/Sub, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Apache Flink, Cloud Dataflow, or Apache Beam.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems, including but not limited to PostgreSQL, GCS, BigQuery, CloudSQL, Dataproc, Cassandra, Scylla, Elasticsearch, Druid, and Redis.
  • Strong experience in backend API development and deployment using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Sanic.
  • Skilled in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker (e.g., building and managing Docker images).
  • Advanced proficiency in deploying and debugging systems within GNU/Linux environments.

Fresh Grad / Junior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

  • Develop in-house multilingual NLP models (Chinese, English, Japanese) and implement multimodal solutions encompassing text, images, and multimedia.
  • Optimize and fine-tune algorithms to handle large-scale datasets exceeding 100GB in size.
    Conduct ablation studies and experimental analyses to evaluate model performance.
  • Research, read, and implement state-of-the-art models from the latest academic papers.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree or above in engineering or quantitative disciplines (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering).
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with common machine learning frameworks, including scikit-learn, transformers, ONNX, and PyTorch.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new programming languages (e.g., Golang, C, Java) and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Transformer architectures and related research areas, such as sparsity and large language models (LLMs).
