Job Description

  • Pre-sales Consultation: Identify potential needs of prospective clients, create business opportunities, and enhance data collection efficiency.
  • Cold Calling: Utilize digital tools to develop potential clients, manage telemarketing progress, achieve business development targets, and conduct regular performance reviews with supervisors.
  • Market Expansion: Manage sales and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, assist in and execute company-related business advancement tasks.
  • AI/Cloud Promotion: Promote iKala Cloud solutions and services, and follow up on relevant potential client lists.
  • Report Compilation: Compile business development reports, feedback on frontline customer needs, and keep records.
  • Assist with Daily Business Administrative Tasks.

Job Description

  • Assist sales teams in conducting technical requirement interviews with clients and propose suitable solutions and service architectures to meet clients’ business needs.
  • Assist clients in cloud architecture design, PoC (Proof of Concept) planning, and promote various cloud service solutions.
  • Continuously stay updated on the latest cloud services and products, and understand cloud technologies and industry trends.

Job Requirements

  • Over 2 years of hands-on experience in using and managing cloud products (GCP, AWS, Azure, Alicloud, etc.).
  • Strong verbal communication and cross-organizational collaboration skills, with confidence in large public speaking engagements.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English emails and technical documents.

Job Description

  • Understand the customer’s system architecture, respond to their technical inquiries, and follow up on technical projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain customer relationships and create new opportunities.
  • Work with the technical team to address the customer’s technical requirements.
  • Host regular customer meetings, resolve customer issues, and share the latest technical insights.
  • Participate in GCP/AWS-related training sessions and continuously learn new knowledge.
  • Communicate with customers and provide the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs.
  • Offer information on GCP/AWS products and share best practices with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from a university with a degree in Computer Science or related fields, or with relevant experience is a plus.
  • Experience in serving clients in any of the following areas: cloud operations, technical support, or architecture consulting.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, project management, change management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Over three years of experience in development or operations in the IT-related industry.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to identify and clarify issues.
