Job Description
- Responsible for general document processing and filing.
- Answering, screening, and transferring phone calls, providing information and message services, receiving visitors, guiding them, and notifying relevant personnel.
- Manage, maintain, and optimize office environment and equipment.
- Procurement of administrative supplies, office snacks, company equipment and supplies management, and expense reimbursement.
- Conduct and compile fixed asset inventory.
- Organize company events such as annual parties, birthday celebrations, team meals, and team-building activities.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
