Job Description
Learn the operation process of exquisite brunch
- Practical operations and learning at four main workstations:
- Grill Station: Mastering grilling techniques, food preparation, and ingredient grilling
- Bakery Station: Knife skills, bread baking
- Reception and Cashier: Guest reception and marketing recommendations, learning the POS system
- Beverage Station: Beverage preparation, coffee brewing, and coffee latte art
- Learning to maintain meal quality and food safety standards
- Learning the opening and closing procedures
