Job Description

Reserved Manager & Pre-Reserved Manager:

  1. Training for future roles: Sales Representative.
  2. Training period: 1 to 1.5 years, depending on individual progress.
  3. Training phases:
    • Store sales service, warehouse and inventory management, store operations.
    • Rotational training across stores for hands-on experience.
    • Headquarters training courses.
    • Practical experience as store staff, assistant manager, and store manager.
    • Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) for a comprehensive learning experience.

Pre-Reserved Manager – Professional Management Training Program:

  1. Learning on-site store operations.
  2. Training for managerial roles (Sales Representative, Store Manager, Assistant Manager).
  3. Digital learning platform training.
  4. Store education program for business operations and personnel development.
  5. Store-to-store rotation training aligned with company expansion plans.
  6. Understanding consumer needs for different shift hours.

Store Operations Responsibilities:

  1. Enhancing store order management and sales skills to achieve business targets.
  2. Planning and executing store promotional events to engage local customers.
  3. Ensuring well-stocked and organized product displays.
  4. Training and assigning store employees to optimize team performance.
  5. Maintaining a clean, bright, and safe store environment.
