On May 17, the OCAC held the Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Chairman Award and Donation Scholarship Ceremony, recognizing 652 outstanding overseas Chinese students studying in Taiwan. This year, 238 students attended the ceremony in person, creating a warm and touching atmosphere. These students, from all around the world, have been chasing their dreams in Taiwan, working tirelessly, and have achieved remarkable success. We at CrossBond are very grateful for the opportunity to assist the OCAC in organizing this event.

Chairperson Hsu Chia-ching congratulated these outstanding students at the ceremony and thanked all the kind-hearted people who support education. Their generosity has allowed these young people to move forward with hope and complete their studies successfully. She encouraged the students to remember to give back to society and help those in need when they achieve success in the future.

During the ceremony, several award-winning students shared their stories. Pang Yu-Si from Indonesia said that Taiwan’s beautiful environment and friendly people made her decide to study here, and she is grateful for the OCAC’s support, which made her learning journey smoother. Ma Zi-Xian from Malaysia said that winning the award not only validated his efforts but also evaluated his overall abilities, motivating him to contribute more to society and the overseas Chinese community in the future.
