India-Taiwan Talent Matchmaking
On June 14, CrossBond had the opportunity to participate in the Taiwan-India Talent Matchmaking event organized by the Indian Taipei Association. In this event. CrossBond is always dedicated to tell foreign talents about their importance in the Taiwan job market, especially given their advanced skills and international backgrounds. At this event, most of the Indian participants were skilled in engineering. Consequently, several leading companies in Taiwan, including those in electronics and IT hardware, electric vehicles, semiconductors, logistics, and more, were actively seeking Indian talent. Additionally, the event featured experts who shared insights about the Indian talent pool in Taiwan, followed by a session on attracting highly skilled foreign talent to Taiwan. From these sessions, we could see the significance of high-skilled foreign talent and their importance in the current job market. CrossBond is very delighted to contribute to this value. We hope that through this event, we can connect more with Indian talents and support them in building promising careers in Taiwan.

Myanmar Student Career Counseling Event
The 2023 Taiwan-Myanmar Overseas Chinese Student Employment Counseling Session was an enlightening event aimed at empowering Myanmar students in Taiwan organized by MOCSA (Myanmar Overseas Chinese Students Association ). Despite the prevailing belief that Myanmar students in Taiwan are scarce, this event shattered this misconception by showcasing the abundance of excellent Myanmar talent present. These students possess remarkable language skills, fluently speaking both Chinese and English. Moreover, their deep understanding of Taiwanese culture further solidifies their integration into Taiwanese society. CBtalent’s unwavering commitment to supporting Myanmar talent paves the way for a brighter future where these students can thrive and contribute to Taiwan’s flourishing economy.

2024 Vietnam Culture Festival
Experiencing the real Vietnamese culture, songs and dances in NTUST, Taipei. Thank You VSA NTUST for having CrossBond and CBtalent in this event. Since the beginning of the performance, we are welcomed with beautiful traditional instruments playing by a native Vietnamese talents in Taiwan. You could really feel the beauty of Vietnamese culture through their performing arts.
NTUT Industrial Design Department’s Graduation Exhibition
CrossBond and CBtalent has proudly participated in The National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) Industrial Design Department’s graduation exhibition titled “”Hey! 原來你在這”” or translated as “”Hey! There You Are.”” This exhibition features 54 diverse works spanning product design and spatial design, exploring innovative solutions addressing issues such as the circular economy, sustainable development, and humanistic care.
OCAC Overseas Compatriot Students Scholarship Award Ceremony 2024
CrossBond has always been optimistic about supporting all students. We are very grateful for the chance to collaborate with OCAC to organize this prestigious event for overseas Chinese students in Taiwan.
On May 17, the OCAC held the Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Chairman Award and Donation Scholarship Ceremony, recognizing 652 outstanding overseas Chinese students studying in Taiwan. This year, 238 students attended the ceremony in person, creating a warm and touching atmosphere.
Embrace the Future: Enterprise-Foreign Talent Matchmaking Platform Program
CrossBond is grateful for the trust and collaboration from New Taipei City Government towards CrossBond! We are honored to assist in organizing the ‘2024 New Taipei City Enterprise-Foreign Talent Matching Platform Program.’ This event focused on alleviating the pressure of international talent demand for businesses, with participation from six central ministries including the National Development Council, Overseas Community Affairs Council, Ministry of Labor, and others, along with numerous representatives from New Taipei enterprises.
PERPITA Gala Dinner
CrossBond and CBtalent attended Indonesian Students Organizations Gala Dinner 2024, marking one of the most significant events for Indonesian students in Taiwan. It served as a celebration of the graduation of senior students in Taiwan and included the election of the new President of the Indonesian Students Organization in Taiwan.
COMPUTEX 2024
CrossBond is joining one of the biggest Tech exhibition in Asia. It is a wonderful experience to be able to take part in COMPUTEX 2024 at Nangang Exhibition Center. This big exhibition focuses on “Connecting AI” as the main theme. There were 1,500 companies from 36 countries participated in the exhibition. CrossBond are very honored to be able to take part and contribute in this tech industry especially for the startups ecosystem.
Embrace the Future: Company Visit
Thank you to the New Taipei City government for having CrossBond as the co-organizer of the “Embrace the Future” company visit for Southeast Asian and Indian talent. Before this event, New Taipei City government had held Information session for companies in hiring foreign talents and there were Kenmec Mechanical Engineering and Hushan Autoparts who shared their international expansion and the importance of foreign talent.
India-Taiwan Talent Matchmaking
On June 14, CrossBond had the opportunity to participate in the Taiwan-India Talent Matchmaking event organized by the Indian Taipei Association. CrossBond had the chance to open a booth and speak with participants about our dedications to support their career development in Taiwan, despite the challenges they might face.

Korean Talent Meet
This summer break, Shih Chien University organized an event bringing Korean students to visit Taiwan. CrossBond is also honored to be the part of this event. In cooperation with Taiwan Startup Hub, we organized a Talent Meet to help Korean talents learn more about Taiwan enterprises.
This event filled with sharing session from CrossBond and also enterprises from Taiwan Startup Hub, Life Designer, Spring&Dune, and Bridge VFX Tech. We are thrilled to see the enthusiasm of Korean students in this event. Their energy and curiosity were really amazing!
As we have always focused on ASEAN and Indian talents, it’s fantastic to see more Korean talents showing interest and getting involved. We look forward to more exciting collaborations and opportunities with international talents in the future!
CrossBond x IETO Taipei
CrossBond is honored to have the opportunity to visit the Indonesian Economic and Trade Office to Taipei. We had a productive discussion with Mr. Eko Wijanarko, the Director of Investment Department, and Mr. Herdi Arman Putra, the Analyst of Investment Department. This meeting signifies our commitment in supporting the Indonesian community in Taiwan, helping them start businesses and secure employment in Taiwan.

The Global Talents Job Fair, organized by the New Taipei City Government and implemented by CrossBond and CBtalent, focused on talent from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. We thank our esteemed guests for their support and look forward to advancing international talent opportunities in Taiwan. The event attracted over 220 professionals from Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand, who bring language skills, global perspectives, and teamwork abilities.

Sharpen the Future Job Fair at Shih Chien University
On October 17, 2024, Shih Chien University, in partnership with CrossBond and CBtalent, proudly hosted the Sharpen The Future Job Fair 2024. This exciting event aimed to bridge Taiwan’s dynamic job market with emerging talent from Taiwan and beyond, offering a unique platform for over 85 students from diverse countries—including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and India—to connect with 12 leading companies.
Taiwan Digital Talent Connect Job Fair
CrossBond, in collaboration with the Taipei Computer Association, successfully organized the Taiwan Digital Talent Connect Job Fair on October 26th, 2024 where over 260 job matches were achieved. This groundbreaking event brought together 12 leading digital companies and 154 job seekers from 23 different countries, demonstrating Taiwan’s commitment to integrating international expertise into its rapidly growing digital ecosystem.
