India-Taiwan Talent Matchmaking
On June 14, CrossBond had the opportunity to participate in the Taiwan-India Talent Matchmaking event organized by the Indian Taipei Association. In this event. CrossBond is always dedicated to tell foreign talents about their importance in the Taiwan job market, especially given their advanced skills and international backgrounds. At this event, most of the Indian participants were skilled in engineering. Consequently, several leading companies in Taiwan, including those in electronics and IT hardware, electric vehicles, semiconductors, logistics, and more, were actively seeking Indian talent. Additionally, the event featured experts who shared insights about the Indian talent pool in Taiwan, followed by a session on attracting highly skilled foreign talent to Taiwan. From these sessions, we could see the significance of high-skilled foreign talent and their importance in the current job market. CrossBond is very delighted to contribute to this value. We hope that through this event, we can connect more with Indian talents and support them in building promising careers in Taiwan.

Myanmar Student Career Counseling Event
The 2023 Taiwan-Myanmar Overseas Chinese Student Employment Counseling Session was an enlightening event aimed at empowering Myanmar students in Taiwan organized by MOCSA (Myanmar Overseas Chinese Students Association ). Despite the prevailing belief that Myanmar students in Taiwan are scarce, this event shattered this misconception by showcasing the abundance of excellent Myanmar talent present. These students possess remarkable language skills, fluently speaking both Chinese and English. Moreover, their deep understanding of Taiwanese culture further solidifies their integration into Taiwanese society. CBtalent’s unwavering commitment to supporting Myanmar talent paves the way for a brighter future where these students can thrive and contribute to Taiwan’s flourishing economy.

Embrace the Future: Company Visit
Thank you to the New Taipei City government for having CrossBond as the co-organizer of the “Embrace the Future” company visit for Southeast Asian and Indian talent. Before this event, New Taipei City government had held Information session for companies in hiring foreign talents and there were Kenmec Mechanical Engineering and Hushan Autoparts who shared their international expansion and the importance of foreign talent.

CrossBond x IETO Taipei
CrossBond is honored to have the opportunity to visit the Indonesian Economic and Trade Office to Taipei. We had a productive discussion with Mr. Eko Wijanarko, the Director of Investment Department, and Mr. Herdi Arman Putra, the Analyst of Investment Department. This meeting signifies our commitment in supporting the Indonesian community in Taiwan, helping them start businesses and secure employment in Taiwan.
