Job Description

Cooperate with the company and departments to achieve product quality, delivery and cost goals
Planning, formulation and implementation of departmental work
Undertake the assignment of superior supervisor tasks
Cross-departmental work communication and coordination
Overall arrangement of personnel and training and improvement of subordinate capabilities
Supervise the execution status of various tasks of department personnel and the evaluation of personal performance
Production planning, execution and control of important processes of the production line
Control the quality status of each segment and improve bottlenecks
Timely handling of major abnormalities in on-site production
Tubes for equipment, instruments, and tools.
The import of new project products and the production of related documents
Department internal production quality inspection
Training Assembly operator

Job Requirements

Requires English and Thai skills, preferably Chinese
6 personnel including 2 Leaders
2 to 3 years of equipment assembly experience required
