Technical Service Engineer

Job Description
- Serve as the main contact window for customer supplier quality engineering
- Handle quality issues and excursions
- Conduct field failure analysis
- Collaborate with customers and ADP on continuous quality improvement plans
- Provide customer-oriented solutions
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering-related fields
- Ability to communicate in Chinese
