As a BD Associate at Turing Space, you will focus on driving business development efforts and expanding our partnerships. Your role involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve our business goals.


◗ What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Continuously follow up and care for existing customers, understand their needs and usage experience, and deepen customer relationships.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
• Providing input into product development and service offerings based on client feedback and market demand.

◗ About the Role

We are looking for a Product Management Intern to assist in the planning, development, and optimization of B2B digital products. You will work across the full product lifecycle — from market research and requirements gathering to testing, launch, and post-launch improvements — in close collaboration with design, engineering, and other teams. We seek someone with strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, and a passion for digital products and software development.

◗ What You’ll Be Doing

Continuous Product Optimization
• Participate in full product lifecycle management, including market research, requirement analysis, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Make data-driven decisions by analyzing KPIs and proposing strategies for product improvement.
• Gather user feedback and market insights to iterate on product features and enhance product competitiveness.

Ensuring Product Quality
• Write and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), clearly defining product features, user flows, and technical requirements, and validate feasibility with the engineering team.
