Job Description
Input, process, and track customer orders, and archive order data for backup.
Maintain communication with customers, respond to emails, and confirm delivery schedules.
Prepare shipping documents, assist sales personnel in managing shipments, and handle import/export matters.
Provide regular sales reports for sales staff and management reference.
Assist sales personnel with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Help organize customer information (e.g., company profiles, transaction records, issue resolution status).
