Job Description
*Manage and operate the daily activities of the LalaTai bilingual (Chinese/English) community (FB, IG), assist in executing social media marketing plans, and enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
*Promote GagaOOLala through the LalaTai community platform, increasing brand and content exposure, and driving discussions around the programs.
*Quickly identify trending online topics and create highly shareable content to boost community activity.
*Organize and analyze social media data, and generate performance tracking reports (including data from Facebook and Instagram platforms).
*Manage Lalatai Mandarin-speaking community (Red Note, Weibo)
Support project promotions within the Mandarin-speaking community (Weibo, Xiaohongshu), such as assisting with the promotion of merchandise and preparing for fanmeet events.
*Prepare social media tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
*Strong familiarity with LGBTQ+ online culture, issues, and communities.
*Proficiency in English reading and writing is required.
