Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Description

1. Develop & manage potential customers upon the Bank’s business strategy
2. Prepare loan related documents & analysis over the customer’s business sector, financial background, due diligence, etc.
3. Responsible for monitoring credit quality of the portfolio with all risk factors
4. Deploy and monitor periodical/casual on-site check with clients’ mortgages and collaterals
5. Maintain sensitivity to economic and regulatory issues which may impact specific account
6. Fully acknowledge & comply with legal & credit related regulations as well as Know Your Client (KYC) practice
7. Perform cross-sale of other banking services including Cash & Deposit, Remittance & Trade Finance, etc.
8. Closely cooperate with other colleagues & departments to fulfill all tasks assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Strong sale capability & good skills of analysis, communication, and negotiation.
2. Highly adapt to work well in team, under high pressure and strict deadline, in the working environment of multi-character, multi-culture and multi-nationality.
