Empowering Myanmar Students in Taiwan : Exploring Career Opportunities and Industry Trends
The 2023 Taiwan-Myanmar Overseas Chinese Student Employment Counseling Session was an enlightening event aimed at empowering Myanmar students in Taiwan organized by MOCSA (Myanmar Overseas Chinese Students Association ). Despite the prevailing belief that Myanmar students in Taiwan are scarce, this event shattered this misconception by showcasing the abundance of excellent Myanmar talent present. These students possess remarkable language skills, fluently speaking both Chinese and English. Moreover, their deep understanding of Taiwanese culture further solidifies their integration into Taiwanese society.
To provide various career information in Taiwan, a series of sharing was organized including sharing from the Ministry of Labour, 104 job banks and many more. CBtalent also took part in the sharing sharing session where Mr.Uniform Lin, CEO of CrossBond and CBtalent
shared valuable insights on Taiwan’s point system, known as the “評點制,” which students must achieve before embarking on their professional journey in Taiwan. His expertise shed light on the necessary requirements, giving students a clearer understanding of the pathway to success within the Taiwanese workforce.
